You are invited to participate in the 30th International Conference on Solution Chemistry to be held in Perth, Australia, from the 16th until the 20th of July 2007.
ICSC30 is sponsored by the International Union of Pure & Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) and will bring together scientists from all over the world with interests in any of the many facets of solution chemistry. This will be the first time that the ICSC has been held in the Southern Hemisphere.
The conference will cover all aspects of current solution chemistry: theoretical, experimental, simulations and practical applications. Special themes for the conference will include ionic liquids, nano developments, supramolecular assemblies and applications, particularly in hydrometallurgy and related areas.
Young scientists are especially invited to attend and a very substantial discount is offered on the registration fee. Plentiful inexpensive accommodation will be available for participants on limited budgets.
To ensure the meeting is memorable scientifically, we have invited a number of recognized scientists from all over the world to speak at the conference. In addition an interesting social program has been devised for participants and accompanying persons. Many participants will also choose to avail themselves of the opportunities for seeing the unique destinations, flora, and fauna of Western Australia or other parts of Australia.
