Presentation Facilities

Oral Presentation
Oral Presentations All the usual facilities will be available for oral presentations in both lecture theatres ECL2 and ECL4. These facilities include computer projector, overhead projector, microphone, etc. Oral presentations have a 20 minute timeslot. This includes time for introduction and questions. Speakers planning to use Powerpoint (or similar) presentations should bring their talks on a flash drive (USB stick). These should be given to the computer assistants (Daniel, Johannes or Ania) at least 20 minutes before the start of the session. This is your responsibility. If you wish to use your own computer to present your talk you are advised to allow plenty of time before the session (>20 min) for set-up and to bring a copy of your talk on a flash drive as a back-up. Note that the internet will not be accessible from the lecture theatres.

Poster Presentation
Appropriate boards and fixing materials will be available for displaying posters. Please note there will be no poster-printing facilities available.
